  It’s so sad that I had a good experience with one of the tellers, even giving them almost two hours of my time to wait for a loan to be approved, only to find that I was not informed of the $5 transaction fee on a petty $10 amount transfer. I’m sure as a bank the least they could have done was let me know, but I was neither informed nor even made aware in the slightest about this. Good thing it’s only $5, but it’s still sad because now I don’t know if I can trust them with my entire savings or salary. They appear to want to help but in the end they just want your time and money for business.

  Sad to say that I did not get the opportunity to become a member. Sounds like they have great rates on accounts and good benefits. Went in to open a new account and the initial teller was very helpful and understanding, the lead on the other hand, was rude and condescending. I can tell why people have issues when coming in here...the lead has an attitude. Glad to say I was able to find another bank the same day and opened my new accounts with no problems.

  Been a member but today was my first time visiting a self standing branch and I just wanna thank Blanca at the Garden Grove location for making my banking experience so personable and comfortable. Thank you Blanca for your excellent customer service!!

  The people are nice but the assistance is extremely slow and after a merge a few years ago the bank hasn't been as good and personal as before, very corporate feeling after that.

  It's a great place for banking, with low fees. It has good accounts. And has sn ATM in good conditions
