  Really bad customer service. Would listen to me as the customer and kept talking over me. Did not get a check cashed that my dad has been a customer for probably 50 years since with sw bell credit union, then southwest and now you. I also have had a cd there for probably 15 years. Won't be there anymore!

  Extremely dissatisfied with this bank. Only one bank opens up on Saturday till 11a.m. Clearly on the other side of town and the waiting line is horrible. Waited in line for nearly 1.5 hours, before I could get service.

  DONT EVER DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS RATS they will tell you one thing from a representative then another thing from another one they will screw you with your money and Will not work with you what so ever Go with Golden Plains credit union in Garden city they will actually work with you

  A garbage bank, the tellers are rude, they serve you, they do not want to attend to you, and they treat you in a bad mood, I do not recommend them, a garbage of people that I dealt with in that Bank
