  Been a member since 2016, the tellers are super nice… I don’t have a problem with getting transactions done. My problem lies within the loan center of the bank, they always tell me that if a situation comes up tell them and let them know, I do that, and they are only nice up until a certain point then they get kinda rude (no offense). Last week when I asked if I could have another week to pay my payments (I needed that money for rent so I’m not in the streets) they had a problem with that. I’m also one for wanting to stay on top of my payments as well, but sometimes it’s hard and I can only make the bare minimum (which was $96 dollars now 115) I wish they wouldn’t punish people for going through rough times. Another thing I’ve noticed is when I made a little bit more, they raised my car payment. I was paying 81 but now since I make more it’s 95? Make it make sense. Tell me if the tellers are nice and wanting to help, then why can’t everyone else be that way? Not to mention, before I put my funds on a different card they would freeze it even if I made the payments, I don’t know if it was just me and my parents that this happens too but it’s been happening. It’s scary because my dad is 70 something years old with a heart condition and it’s almost impossible to get his medication without going to the bank or calling first. I’ve been with banks before but never was treated like this by the loan officer. Normally banks help you out if in situations like this. Also told me to get rid of the one thing that I was using to help with my anxiety because “it was to expensive” they told me to get a second job (as I’m not already working enough) to feel their pockets. I remember back even in 2020 where I had 3 subscriptions, making less, and being able to work around and was getting my stuff paid. Now it’s “give me as much money as you make” regardless of how much I actually owe on it. But when I go and complain on social media I’m the bad person. Which I’m able to say how I’m being treated. I really do like this bank, just please get rid of the people who are doing this. I really hate writing paragraphs complaining.

  First I love credit union of America. I'm disappointed with them today. They have no coin machine. as a matter of fact all the branches have no coin machines anymore. Come on, you are a bank. An institution that deals with money specifically. This is comment from a CAU Member.

  Hi Pedro, we appreciate your feedback and value you as a member. Coin machines were not operating to our standards and thus were recently removed so that we can provide better experiences for our members. With other options such as CoinStar up and running consistently at multiple convenient locations like Dillon’s and Walmart, we’d rather send our members where their needs for coin machines can adequately be met. Thank you for understanding.

  This credit union is awesome the tap tellers are always friendly and go out of thier way to be personable. The banking is super easy with drive up tellers!

  It took about 40 minutes to make a deposit and get 2 rolls of coins. Also they would not give more than a two rolls of each domination of coin.

  Hi Dave, we apologize that your experience was less than friendly. We acknowledge that waiting for a teller has been long at times and are actively recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to address this problem. When needing more than one roll of coin, or needing large amounts of cash, it makes it easier if a member can give us some advance notice so we make sure to have an adequate amount on hand at the branch to serve all of our members’ needs. We appreciate your membership.

  Never answer the phone always put you on hold for greater than 10 to 15 minutes takes days to hear a response from them after you leave a message.. Other Bank s Answers Phone s.

  The service has not been for me the best, I was without a contract and with a medical certificate for one year, I have the opportunity to complete 20 hours in the month and I have some savings to get ahead in a few months, I paid the toyota RA4 2017 a month month at $ 524x per month; I asked for a free month for my wife who has been sick with breasts; One of those who picked up my case told me that yes, it would take a month for this situation; Then he told me that it had been a mistake on his part. I really thought it was a savings and credit cooperative and that historically they used to handle these situations better. I was paying this car for more than a year to the Toyota bank. Now that I lived in New Jersey, I told him to refinance the car and keep the car, that I did not want to give it up and lose my credit; They let the days go by and they have not returned the call. _____ 5 months ago I am fighting a minimum payment plan of my credit card. I call this mission impossible!

  Had trouble with my mobile banking and a kind lady name Tiffany helped me out! She was so helpful and joyful! She helped me super quick. I recommend Tiffany to everyone !!

  I've banked here for close to 2 years an they are awesome! Always willing to help me with whatever I need whether I walk in or come through the drive-thru window. Very friendly and very relaxed setting.

  I have been banking here for over 10 years. I have received fantastic service every time.
