  I asked a question."..why do i need to give you 1000 dollars to run the numbers on the car we were intersted in .." And the finance manager said to me and my wife...if you cant trust us with your 1000 dollars why should i trust you with a 19000 truck. And then he said he didnt want our business and became very irate ...very unprofessional ...i did not understand why they needed the $1000 to run numbers...still doesn't make sense....we were prepared to make a substantial down payment....save your selves the embarrassment and humiliation they dont care at all......they also seem to dislike answering questions.....i recommend to everyone ...STAY AWAY ...Our most humiliating experience with customer service ever ....and we provide customer service in our business every single day ..thats not how to treat your customers and future customers......so now we are still searching for a new vehicle.

  No customer relationship with closing accounts and key fobs come up missing. Although they have good ethics not one person paying off 20,000 wants to deal with theft or bad service. There records and maintenance departments need serious help.

  This place is a joke. Spoke to a salesman on the phone and said I was approved all I needed was to bring $500 for down payment. I get there they want to run another credit check. After they had ran a credit check. Then they come back and want a $2,200 down payment. I will not recommend them to anybody. They do bad business.

  Vehicles over priced even though they have interior and exterior problems...one person tells you one thing and then someone else tells you something different... have financed two cars off these guys with on time payments and they don't know how to treat a loyal customer. So glad I'm almost done with my car payment will be taking my business elsewhere.... very disappointed😑😑

  Scam company, sold my friend a truck 9k cash with a with a check engine light bulb out, friend paid thousands in parts with only having it 2 days

  Great experience. They have an excellent sales & service team. Everyone treated me very nice and I now bring my car to get oil changes here because they do a great honest job.

  I wouldnt give this place any stars. Was a coulle payments behind so they repo the car and dont give me and my wife a chance to pay the past due balance. They told me i would have to pay off the entire balance of the car. I put $3000 down a year ago and up until a month ago was current. This place is nothing but a bunch of thieves and crooks. They use gps tracking on their vehicles and never even told us that they use that. PLEASE NOBODY EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

  Horrible service! Called to ask about a car I seen posted on line after getting hung up on 3 times with out a word even being said I called back a final time only to be hung up on after I asked about a cars pricing! I've been in the car business for years and have never been treated with such disrespect! I will never do business with them and will also tell my friends in the car business not to do business with them as well! They missed out on a lot of business!

  Hose B is a scum bag (used car sales manager), Liar and and auto thief! Will illegally repo your auto! Happened to a customer of mine and they were even paid ahead on their loan payments and had insurance in place! Jose also will not listen to anyone even when the agent was trying to provide evidence that the vehicle had coverage "JOSE" hung up 3 times and prior to hanging up was rude vulgar and threatened! Dealership has been reported to the Kansas Attorney General as well as the Sedgwick County District Attorneys office and it appears this is not the only complaint with those KS officials! Read their response but make sure you read all of the other complaints on not only this google listing but on many well known website for reviews! Not a dealership I would ever consider referring business to!
