      No tellers so no way of withdrawing money from my account. They dont answer the phone when you call. When you do go in person they act like it's an inconvenience to help.

      I banked at another bank for almost 9 years before switching to CUoA - at CUoA I already feel welcome, comfortable and that they're genuine with their customer service, it's not fake or forced. My other bank was just cold and disconnected from customer service. I walk into CUoA and am greeted instantly, they actually want your business and make it known and work with you the best they can. I highly recommend them!!

      I wasn't allowed to do business thru the drive thru, since I wasn't a Credit Union of America member BUT CUofA is a branch partner and services Skyward. As to why I had to come in (just to deposit a check) the girl said I needed to come in and when I asked why the answer because that's the way it is.....
