  I've been told 4 times (from the same two people) since last week that I would get a call back to get my concerns resolved. I've even left a voicemail with the branch manager and to no avail. At this point the clearance expires tomorrow 07/14 and I've already made other arrangements since they've displayed that they clearly have no intention of at least returning a call. Absolutely ridiculous. If the branch wasn't so close to my office I'd go to another after this experience but with CU1's general hours and my work schedule I'll have to continue to use this one if I NEED to go in a branch.

  Lauren Thatcher was Extremely helpful in explaining how the system works. I’m a new member and she was able to explain several things that I didn’t understand. Ms. Thatcher is an asset to CU 1.

  When I came into the branch I met Ashley and I can tell instantly that she has a heart of GOLD and she goes above and beyond to help her members always never pushes us off to other people she always make sure that I’m well taken care of and all issues are resolved before leaving for that I will always go to the Wolcott branch!!!

  my experience was a 10/10 i was being helped by ashley she answered all the questions i had and explained things very well she was nice and made sure all my needs were fulfilled

  Ashley, is wonderful everytime I come in she always takes excellent care of me I always leave feeling well taken care of ill always come to this branch due to Ashley!!
