  Kelly and her company helped us immensely and quickly. She got a collection paid on my husband's credit on his behalf, and it was removed from his credit report 2 weeks later. It upped our score enough we were able to qualify for the home loan we had been trying for. Without her hard work, we would have been stuck between a rock and a hard place. Not only was this super helpful, but also sooo convenient. We didn't have to hardly do anything. They took care of everything for us. Highly recommend!!

  CROW has been absolutely amazing! My husband had bad credit haunting him due to some poor decisions he made when he was younger. After making a significant effort to better his score over the course of a couple of years, but seeing very little improvement, we decided it was time to enlist some professional help. That was when we found CROW. Kelly spent an hour on the phone with us before we ever even hired them. She took the time to clearly explain everything around how a credit report works (to our surprise - much of this was new information to us) and how CROW’s process and payment structure works. After hiring them, we worked closely with both Kelly and Jazmine. Jazmine was always on top of things every time we checked in for an update. She was relentless with debt collectors in order to get results and always wisely advised us when we were presented with decisions on how to move forward. She never steered us wrong. Long story short, over the course of 6 months, my husband’s score went from a 580 to a 745! So if you are questioning whether it’s worth it or if these guys are the real deal, let me just confirm - it definitely is and they definitely are! Thank you so much CROW for everything!!

  Today, I received information that Kelli Hill was supposed to be repairing my credit has not paid one sent to the credit agency and now it's too late and they are going to garnish our paycheck and at this point I've lost all of my hundreds of dollars that I have paid to Kelly. She told me she did not like my attitude and hung up on me and so now I'm taking matters into court. Though she admits that she hasn't paid a cent on my credit obligation (with my money) She insists she deserves to be paid.😫 She brushed her contract so I don't know that I will be reimbursed somewhere down the line but it won't help my current. Sidney at Grimm collections says this is not an isolated incident with her company.
