  This place SCAMS!! Paid over a grand for help to better my life and get into better things. So I paid over $1,000 dollars for this company Credit repair resources and online said it was okay so I thought to give it a shot. Many times over was told they were busy and had to give me a call back. After the end of paying them over a grand after 7 months they told me they did all they could to help me out with my credit even thought negative items remain and lots of work left. They have a long term program and never offered to me just said they did what they could. My scores started out at 550 and are still right around there and they claim it went up because of them! Total lies as I have cards and use them responsibly. I’ve gone ahead and attached my scores showing the progress in the last year of how nothing has really changed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMAPANY TO ANYONE!!!! The new company who I hired said there’s plenty of negative items and work to be done that this company did not do and was told they had scammed me as well!!

  I recently had the opportunity to listen to Chad teach a class to credit industry professionals at a Las Vegas Convention - he really knows his stuff. If he is the one teaching other credit repair companies that really says a lot!

  They prolong the whole thing to get as much money as they can from you. Multiple occasions they said they would call me back one time was questions about my case then the 2nd time was to set up a appointment to go over the round I just completed she said she would call me back in a few hours or the next day but never heard from anyone until I got a email 2 weeks later saying to call them then when I called I couldn’t get a appoint until 32days later leading into the next billing cycle meaning I just paid them for 2 months just to wait on nothing. Could’ve paid someone half the money to do what they did in half the time out of 7-8 months they’ve done 3months worth of actual work to improve my credit

  Credit Repair Resources did an amazing job handling some blemishes on my record. They were very kind courteous and quick to respond to any and all questions. Top notch customer service. I recommend them to anyone who needs to get back on their feet with their credit score.

  I worked with Credit Repair for a year, paid the monthly fee's, and kept the appointments diligently. They did help a little, but did not help in terms of significantly affecting my credit. They also make it extremely difficult to understand the process, to the point where you have to ask direct questions which may be off-base if you aren't familiar with how these agencies work. I had very little knowledge of how credit works so I was often challenged by knowing what to ask when I didn't see results. When I complained, the company had the same person reach out to me more frequently. She is a very nice person, but I never felt she could communicate clearly or help with any clear cut plan of action. Needless to say I'm disappointed. If you are knowledgeable about how these processes work, then you may have a different experience.

  Benji, I wanted to stop and thank Credit Repair Resources for all the help you give (every client but in particular) 2 of my clients…. Demi was a 502, a 576 and a 470 when you started with her and she is now a 667, 609, and a 603! Her husband was a 634, a 642 and a644, now a 729, 704, and a 700! You did a fantastic job in helping them achieve their goals. My second client Robert, has gone from a 603 to a 660 in a very short period of time, your results are by far the best I have seen from any credit repair company.   I am giving two stars because. First, they will prolong your process to get the monthly payment going. Second, You never get a response from the disputes they make . Finally, even if a derogatory marks in your account was taken off expect it to pop up again with another collector.

  Hello Gabriel. We appreciate your feedback and will be reaching out to directly to address your concerns. I assure you we do not bill any longer than we have to. We limit our monthly billing cycles to a maximum of 7 because we do not want to overcharge our clients. Regarding responses from the reporting agencies, this is a bureau level issue. It is common to not get results from our investigations. We require our clients to provide updated third party reports for this reason. In regards to accounts being resold or reinserted, this is a tactic used by collectors and is an ongoing challenge. With that being said, we will at no additional charge go after the account if that does happen. Please expect a call from our support team ASAP. Again thank you Chad Kusner/President
