      The employees get a 5***** but the "new" smaller drive thru ATM machines suck. There are only 3 and the lines get so long. Today I waited patiently in line for almost 40 mins. Finally it's my turn and tap the screen for help.. I see an old lady come from 2 cars behind me and tap on my window. She was annoyed that I was taking so long I guess. Not my fault since you have to wait almost 4-6 mins to get someone on the screen to help you. Please add a better system because these new ATM machines⁹is aren't helping any

      The drive through windows are temporarily unavailable. But the A.T.M. machines are available . You can still walk in and make transactions by screen touch. The employees are very thorough and helpful. They actually make me laugh and I walk out of there very happy at least.

      They way the designed the new ATM placement is horrible waiting an 45 mins also entrance to ATM is near the entrance to lot. Bunch of cars sticking out while others trying to get in.

      The personal service here us awesome, Management is great. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease. You always feel welcome. The professionalism is spot on. They seem to know exactly what it is you need as they listen to you explain why you are there. The building main lobby is always kept up, seating while waiting is comfortable. Security is always helpful at the main entrance and very courteous. Recently opened an account here. My Mother has her account here. Notary Public available if you need official documents verified. No charge for members. Great place to do official business with your accounts.

      Edit: I have been contacted to try and make things right. I'll update after I speak with them. The worst feeling in the world is having your wallet stolen during the holidays, and your bank does absolutely nothing to help. You will be turned away from Credit Human without a blink of an eye. Such cold hearted customer service! Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen and charges were made on my bank card. They absolutely would not reverse any fees Credit Human charged as a result from all the transactions made after my card was stolen!

      Always great customer service. They now have automated tellers with the ATM machine. They were very patient and helpful since this was first time using that system.

      Not a reliable financial institution. Would of been nice to know the status of an loan application. I assume If you cant make any profit from a client dont bother with them???!!

      My bank has designated Credit Human as a sister branch where we can make small bank transactions instead of going to the only location they have in San Antonio. Credit Human has very poor customer service, they only have ONE bank teller open in the lobby at their busiest time of the day, so you have to wait 20 to 45 minutes to get service even though you are the second customer in line. It is extremely poor customer service and incompetence at it's best!!!

      Who ever claudia is was very unhelpful to my needs t please get better people. Waited on the line almost an hour just so she can tell me.Every time that i answered a security question she said that someone was telling me the answer in the background?

      Theres always a long line if you're not there when they open the doors, the atm machines are always down and if theyre not down theyre missing a feature. Slowest bank ever!!! They suck. Go elsewhere if you can!
