  I had a wonderful experience with 2 different representatives. wish I remembered their names, but they were both very sweet and answered all my questions and most importantly were very patient with me. I’ve been with Credit Human since 2012 and they were called SACU. Their mobile app has everything you need and they always help you with any questions or concerns. Thanks Credit Human.

  Good Customer Service & Very Good Security Policy. They Will Send You Letters To Keep With Your Balance On Your Savings & Checking Account. Pretty Impressive In My Opinion.

  I like that I don’t need thousands of dollars to have free accounts! They require $5 savings balance. Today though I tried my card to get cash advance, didn’t go through. I went to ATM -outside- & it said not enough money to fulfill your request so I walked to HEB to get money then walk back to make my transaction. Yikes! Upgrade your equipment.

  Now almost months with this Credit Union, always pleasant, efficient service. Just discovered they also have change counting machine...I cashed out change before coming in today, who knew? Merry Christmas Y’all!

  Yes you can make a deposit from outside ven though they're trying to make you make a night deposit instead of going inside.

  Service sucks...people just walk in and don't stand in line the staff allows it...ive been sitting in the lobby 30mins ...man walks in and just go in an office No sign in or nothing... That's sad and it's a mangers office too... Poor service..
