  These people are very rude. If you are one day late with a payment they call and demand you come down there that minute and pay them. They have a lot to learn about customer service. If you call and are nice and professional, you have a better chance of getting a payment or making arrangement with the customer. They told me it was all about the payment. They don't care if there was a death or severe illness in your family or not. You would be better off dealing with a loan shark on the street corner, than going to this place.

  The staff is very rude. Been with them for a year and they never had any problems with me making my payments. I made one particle payment and left harassing phone calls everyday threatening to take me to court for $17.00. DON'T GO HERE! I can't wait to finish paying them. I'll never go back. If you need a place.. I love Security Finance. The staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. They are who I will be dealing with for now in.

  These people are horrible! Constantly harassing my daughter(s). Calling and leaving letters and calling the hospital to see if my daughter was there! News flash. Some patients have confidentiality. Literally just called my other daughter a liar because she answered the phone that they are currently sharing. Glad this family has lawyers in it. Your debt has been consolidated stop calling!

  I’ve been with this company for years...I resigned my loan and my payment date was the 31st the lady called me on the 15th and told me my payment was due I informed her my payment was due on the 31st she told me the lady no longer works there...why does someone not working there change my due date? She told me I needed to come down and sign and make payments arrangements...why make payment arrangements on the 15th when my payment was not due until the 31st...why does them firing someone or someone quitting change my due date? They are rude, crude and socially unacceptable!!! Once I pay this loan off I will never do business with them again

  Extremely rude. Have used them 3 times and NEVER missed a payment. But hound us on the 24th like we have missed months when we have paperwork that said the 27th as a due date and had paid it on that date for months! You want a good place go next door to Commerce Credit.

  I have been using credit central since I was 18 I am now 33 and I love them ... they have helped me when I was really in a bind .. when I needed to move my trailer ... misty has become a friend ... she is the best at her job ... keeps the place clean and organized... I can only give them 5 stars or I would give them 10 ...

  Very f'n rude!!! That bi#$t Brittany is very rude.. Maybe she got bullied in school, was the fat chick sitting in the corner at the school dance or maybe she's racist!! But that heifer has a very smart mouth and very rude.. she has a chip on her shoulders. U can't talk 2 ppl as if their beneath u or talk to them like their dogs. She almost caught these hands tho..Pls do not deal with them !! They don't have an online payment or open on the weekends ??!!! But this heifer tells me that (YELLING)I BETTER COME ON MY LUNCH BREAK THAT SHE DONT CARE WHERE I WORK OR LOCATION THAT I BETTER COME IN OR ELSE .THAT SHE DOESN'T CARE IF I'M FIRED I NEED TO COME IN TO SIGN A PAYMENT AGREEMENT .REALLY BIIIHHH!!?? I SAID WELL CAN U SEND IT IN AN EMAIL ?? SHE SAID NO I KNOW THEY GIVE U A LUNCH BREAK ..or else what ??(MY 1ST TIME EVER BEING LATE!)AND THEY CALL AND HARRASS YOUR REFERENCES .   Continues to harass my family about someone who has a loan with them!!! We have no dealing with these people and they continue to harass us looking for their client!!!! We ask they they not call and they get rude with us!!! Terrible manager Misty is very unprofessional!

  These people are crazy! They called all of my references and they were extremely rude. They came to my house which is private property. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

  This is really a great place to get a loan from. The staff is very friendly, and I didn't have a problem with them...
