  I have a loan here. I have had no problems until today. I ran into some financial trouble and am running a little late this month. I am 6 days late, and they called my mother. I am 44 years old. I don't even know how they got her phone number, and I never gave them permission to call my family. I could understand if I was more than 30 days late, but 6 days???!!! I will finish paying this off and be done with them, and I would absolutely never refer anybody to them now. As a matter of fact, I will discourage people from using them. I'm in shock, and now my mother is worried about me. Thanks Credit Central!

  I did a loan and paid it off in six months and the girls in the office were very pleasant, sweet, and helpful . I went in and paid cash most of the time but they do take cc over the phone. Thanks Bethany & Ashlyn!

  This used to be a ok loan office but now it’s just went down hill. Very rude when they call. Difficult to pay them because they don’t accept payment over the phone. I’ve been paying on this loan for 6 months. Never been late but just very unfriendly the last two times I have went it to pay. I don’t feel like waiting to pay until the due date is a bad thing. But they always act like it should have been done sooner. The saddest thing is a few simple changes and they could be so much more helpful. Like maybe accept visa or get the ability to do something like a ach debit. This is the only company I can think of that makes it difficult to pay them. Everyone else I ever try to pay seems happy.

  I came in today to pull some more money and everything went very smoothly and fast. I appreciate everything they did for me today it will 100% help me in the long run.

  Wonderful people, easy to get a loan from! Only downfall is you have to come in to pay or mail them a check. They don't accept debit cards yet, but wonderful people!

  You have to pay money over the phone in order to pay for your bill. This is the worst loan place of them all. They are crooks worst place ever don’t go borrow no money from them they are crooks.

  There staff are idiots Worst company in Tennessee and I have probably used about 10 to 15 different loan Companies save yourself a lot of heart aches FYI they do not except payments over the phone they don’t except Visa MasterCard will not do ACH debit lazy ignorant they call even before your bill is dueMultiple times they’ve called They’re rude and do not have there act together Then they try to say that they have not contacted you best of luck hopefully these people will be out of business soon
