  Terrible attention, we entered at 4:20 and as soon as we entered the person who is supposed to be Customer Service (a Venezuelan) told us that there was no time... that he had to look for his daughter. Bad attitude and lack of courtesy and practically did not want to serve us. If the lady has to leave earlier then change the schedule and close at 4 pm or whatever time the lady likes. I imagine they pay her to meet a schedule and above all serve customers well and not the opposite of what she did. Lack of professionalism because they make you waste your time.

  My experience here was very nice..excellent attention. On the part of Alicia and Juliet... I recommend it for its security and ease in processing your loan... thank you girls for all your help and kindness.
