  Christi and her team are phenomenal. The process has been a great experience and every obstacle we had she found a way to keep us moving forward. Pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and honest. She’s got some great homes on her lot. Highly recommend.

  I have struggled with giving a review because they do not deserve a 1 star review. We looked forever for a home and was pleased with the owner during the process. We had a few questions regarding the work on several items. We were told a contractor would be out after the house was set and the kitchen sink and counter would be completely replaced. This did NOT happen. Finally after I made the first payment I emailed the owner and asked if she knew when the work (repairs) would be completed. Her reply was I was told it was. I let her know it wasnt and what was done most needed to be redone. I asked if she dis not have someone clean the house up and get it ready for the owners to love in amd if I could return the home. She never replied...EVER! The house looked like a construction zone. Paint cans,electrical wires, sheet rock all left. No light fixtures put up. We could see light and feel air coming through the front doors. She was told it is fixed and did not bother to check with us to see if it is. We still have light and air coming through. I have over 100 pictures I could share. We have contacted the builders and they said they would get back with us. After numerous call we have yet to hear back. All I can say is RUN as fast as you can the other direction.

  I am not sure this is a customer I could ever please. She signed off on the work that was completed. I asked her to file a state inspection. If she truly believed we are at fault, why hasn't she done this? It is a free inspection to protect the customer if they are not being taken care of. Last time I spoke to her, she said she doesn't even like mobile homes. Well, why did you buy one?

  Highly recommend. Their customer service is outstanding! Janet was an amazing help. They are very efficient and honest.

  Rude. Entitled. Difficult to work with. Super nice until you want to explore your options! She apparently had my wife’s review taken down because she didn’t want people knowing how she really talks to customers. Still waiting on a refund that she refuses to process and we unfortunately do not have a way to pick up the check. I’d like an explanation as to why it cannot be refunded to our debit card? Also, keep removing the reviews. We can keep making them!

  Mobile Home dealers BEWARE, this lady is loony. I have a check waiting for her to pick it up. She has harassed us and is hiding behind a computer. I told her we do not keep card #'s and we also told her how we refund the money if she wants a refund before she left $100 with us. By check only. I get another review I will post all her harassing emails and contact an attorney. This lady will be a service nightmare. I feel sorry for the person that sells her a house.

  I’m very easy to work with when the company is kind and works with their customers. I haven’t harassed you, I’ve sent one email a day requesting my money be returned. Go ahead and contact an attorney, you have MY money. Let me know how it works out. As a consumer I have every right to express my dissatisfaction with a service. Freedom of speech also applies here. I’ve not said any false information nor have I committed slander. Also wanted to add, you have quite a few bad reviews and it never seems to be your fault. Always the customer and never you?

  Messed our order up multiple times, each time our estimate was increased $600-800. Owner not willing to compensate the difference and accused us of wanting free services. If I'm paying $8k for a product I expect the order to be correct. Our family trusted them with our business and now we're literally paying for it. Stay away, very rude owner, very poor customer service when there are plenty of other options. Didn't even apologize or own up to their mistake, just kept trying to place blame elsewhere. Christi had a defensive tone from the second she was on the phone and hung up on me. Everyone else was nice, just not properly trained and unfortunately made expensive mistakes.

  Customer ordered a carport and then upgraded it in size after the first order. They wanted me to pay for their upgrade. I offered to give her money back but she just wanted a discount.

  This was my 1st home purchase. Christi and Stephanie were great! Walked me through every step of the way! Now I am sitting in a double wide on 2.5 acres in Decatur TX that was once a piece of raw land. You have to put in the work too but it's been worth every bit of time, effort and money! Trust them! Thank you Crazy Reds!

  The young sales girl was trying to ask questions before we had the chance to get out of the car. To much information requested for a possible cash purchase. Told us they require us to have a job and be Financable in order to show homes. I advised her I have cash, I have a job but was going to pay cash. That was not good enough for the owner. So why isn’t my cash good enough for her. If they are that eager then my cash should be good enough. I will be happy to spend my money somewhere else. And happy to spend more mo Ely.

  This was all due to COVID. We come out side to make sure you haven’t been sick and are in the current market to buy a house. You told us you were about a year out and we asked you to come back and look within three months of purchasing since prices continuously change.

  Bought a mobile home from them sight unseen a few months ago. It's basically falling apart. Not good quality. I trusted them to tell the truth. Never will do that again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
