  It's really annoying that I've banked with them for over 6 years, have had no problems, plenty of money in my account yet they won't approve me for a secured credit card. That's the whole reason I wanted to bank with a credit union.

  Everyone their treated me as an equal. So many bank employees look down their noses at customers. These ladies made my experience so wonderful.

  I would give a 0 if i could. Poor customer service. Definitely don't look out for their customers. And why have phones if you aren't going to answer them.

  People are very friendly, quick when you run in or go thru the drive thru, and they are close to home.

  Dont expect to get anyone on the phone if you call them. Horrible customer service.
