  Working with Craig and the Sun American Mortgage team has been phenomenal. From the moment i first talked with Craig, i knew we made the right choice. Craig is extremely helpful and walked me through every important detail as part of the process, ensuring that I was always well taken care of. He knew I was a numbers guy so he further enabled me by providing insight/spreadsheets to allow me to perform my own preliminary analysis which i GREATLY appreciated. I felt like i could call him about anything even just to talk for a bit and knew that i would receive a very quick answer. When it came time the loan logistics and other paperwork, this amazing level of service continued. Also, the Sun American Mortgage platform was extremely convenient and easy to work with when uploading all the necessary documents. Working with Craig has been an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE.

  WOW! We seriously could not be happier about finding Sun American mortgage and Craig in particular to refinance our home. We tried multiple lenders, some said we could not refinance at all, and some were just so expensive. We were a little leery at first that Craig could get us the deal he was proposing but we are very happy we followed through because he gave us the best deal we could imagine. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to refinance or buy and we will definitely be going through Craig for any of our future home financing needs. Thanks so much!!

  Can’t say enough how much I recommend Sun American Mortgage! Craig was amazing and truly gave us an above and beyond experience for our first home purchase.   Extremely professional and efficient. Craig was able to provide us with an amazing rate and made closing on our first home seamless. We highly recommend him and if you’re using the VA loan, he is very knowledgeable and will look out for your best interest. As a side note-We tried working with 3 other lenders in the area and Craig outperformed them not only when it came to closing costs and rates, but with making his communication so personalized and showing he actually cared. We’ll recommend him to our family and friends in a heartbeat.

  We refinanced with Craig Schnyder recently and I have to say it was an excellent experience. We have financed mortgages in the past and usually we have some sort of hiccup at some point.   Craig and the rest of the team at Sun America are outstanding! We had a few hiccups in our loan approval in the 11th hour and they handled it no questions asked! Super grateful for the outstanding service they provided over our longer than usual process. 10/10 recommend - Craig is AWESOME to work with!!
