I would recommend Sarah to literally Anyone! Her app that is made available to you let's you watch everything that has taken place and anything that needs to take place whenever you feel like checking. Trust she will do her Absolute Best in any dealings you have with her. This is our 2nd transaction with her and both were Awesome! And yes, this is exactly what happened. My loan was approved, with terms that we agreed to upfront, including closing date.
