  I rarely write reviews. I would not recommend this company. Communication is terrible and there is no personal connection. We have not seen or spoken to the actual accountant all year. We stayed through tax season and are no longer using their services. Rates are high for the service you receive. Make your own decision, but I would not recommend them to anyone.

  I hired them for my taxes. They filed late and failed to file an extension. I was charged a penalty. They also failed to file my quarterly payroll returns which i was penalized. I had to call multiple times to try to get this fixed. In the end they did nothing and i was left to deal with the fallout. Unreliable. Hard to reach. Failed to file necessary paperwork and failed to accept any responsiblity. I would not rely on this firm for anything.

  Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I do not recommend it. We feel really neglected.

  Dalia and her team are absolutely fantastic; I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful they all are. We've been using Dalia and her team for years now, and every year, it's an actual pleasure to work with them.
