  No problems with the service I received at Covington credit on Denton highway. The only small problem I have had is trying to pay online. When I enter my information it will not pull up my account to pay. Any help I can get on this would be appreciated. Thanks Anthony

  Well I tried them, worked okay about 4 months paid extra, paid early; payment 5 still early still extra but they call with an attitude like they haven't been able to find you for 20 years, owe them thousands, all because their online payment system is inadequate. Only one month to go and they will paid off. If you don't plan on paying several days early, not worth the hassle.

  First round experience was great. A check came when i needed it, deposited, save me a lot of problems. Second time- deposited the check then get a notice from my bank that the deposit was declined due to insufficient funds on their end.

  Absolutely right on time!! Received a check in the mail from them. Deposited it and all was great!! Easiest installment loan ever. Ruth called me to finish process. Love this place!

  I wish i could give zero stars. The “main” girl or manager is what she acted like was so ghetto and unprofessional. I did an application and told me I was approved over the phone and I drive up there (20)minutes and show all my proof of income and the manager tells me they have to change how much i make ?! Are you kidding me how can you tell me how much I make ????? Never go to this ratchet place
