  Hi there , I will recommend anyone to Covington Credit for a loan before you try any other places in Jackson Tn . Mrs Misty and her staff are very nice, friendly , understandable people and they always greet customers at the door. They make you feel comfortable and will not try to take advantage of you . They will explain everything you need to know about the loan you applied for the rates and payments. They are willing and able to work with you on any loan and the payments are also reasonable to pay back . I feel as if I continue to make my payments they will always help me out at a time of need. Thanks again COVINGTON CREDIT

  Very rude workers, had someone call me demanding a payment and I just told her, I would make my payments online tomorrow. I've asked several times for my account to be transfer to dyersburg location or another location. I am fed up with customer service at this location and need corporate ASAP.

  I got a chance to meet awesome business company employees. Share my testimony how I came across this business was spirit of God. In like the close in of July 2020 me and mom was together in Milan tn on that day I told God is leading to check my mail 📤 mail box.so I was lead to my anointed 🏠 house like apartment, in as I came home stop open the mailbox 📬 in I had mail it say Covington Credit on Vann Dr Jackson tn. So,I open it I call in I spoke to a 👩 Lady Ronda Barnes and she said come on in,it was a check from Covington credit as I went there in my car 🚗 God bless me with as I got there I met her in gave her all my information, in as I was praying for other people get there money release from pay pal it was like 4 and 5 p,m. In the even,so as I prayed and ask God to release the money in Ronda came out to the car in my phone went off that was nothing but God answer prayer in its God lead me to Covington Credit, thanks Ronda barnes and Credit Covington Credit. The manager. I'm glad to know good people and good business company

  Lady called me this morning for my first payment which is not due until the 9th and because I said I will pay it the 9th she wanted to know what time Idk the 9th is the 9th she taking about needing a time so I told her before 5 she hung up without saying thank you or bye. Very rude than once I called back put me on hold and didn’t come back. Last time I do business with them once this is over.

  The white girl with brown hair was rude to a 90 year old customer. He only had a 100 to pay on his loan and it was$107 so she refused to take what he had. Now she is calling him getting upset by making threats.
