  This company is always very reliable, whenever I need a little extra help, I can always count on them to fall back on. Every time I go into pay my loan, or call them on the phone they are always very friendly and professional, often referring to me by name.   Everyone knows taking out a loan can sometimes be a headache! But thanks to our friendly alice location and their staff, Soila, Ruby, and Joel that isn't the case! Love that they are readily available to answer any and all questions. They all go above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. Their professionalism is outstanding. You can always count on them to make it happen!! Thanks you guys.

  I’ve been a “repeat” customer here at Covington Credit, Ruby, Soila and Joel are always very professional and helpful. I do believe Ruby knows when I need money…I don’t know how but she does!! I will continue to return to Covington Credit again and again!
