  Not bad until they put a fee in making your payment online and over the phone. Have to literally go in and make a payment or it's 2.95 extra. Gouge gouge gouge. Corporate greed at its finest. We never have missed a payment nor have we been late. Ever. That get rewarded? Hell no. Make us pay more.

  In my opinion, this is a first class credit company. Terri has been very professional and courteous. She has taken the time to make sure all my concerns have been met. We need more Terri's in this world.

  The manager, Angelia, is very rude and she talks about the clients that come in to the office, I overheard her complaining about someone and laughing about them. She is NOT professional. Once I get my loan paid off, I WILL NOT use the ADA Office again. At least while she is there. I did not want to give them a star, due to lack of customer loyalty and professionalism, this manager brings down the whole business. (But it won’t let you leave a review if u don’t) It’s sad to see a business be ran this way.

  It's easy peasy to get a loan here. Unfortunately beyond our control we feel on hard times after we got the loan and was unable to pay it off right away. So when we were able to make monthly payments, they kept trying to get us to renew our loan to get more money from us. Phone calls were almost to the point of harrassment. When I did get the money to pay the balance in full, I was told a certain amount was remaining. Then I tell them I want to pay the full balance and they tacked on an extra 20$ to the balance. I asked why and they wouldn't answer me. Shady.
