  I had a great experience. They were fast and thorough. Very professional. Store was clean and well kept. Staff were nice a well. Charlie was very helpful and did everything she could and was even going to go the extra mile to help me. That's what I call exceptional customer service. Thank you Charlie and your team for helping me!

  Gave one star because I had to. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Never had a loan with them and was inquiring and I must say it was the worst customer service and slowest response time. They will tell you they are to busy to assist you. Avoid this place if you have to!

  Charlene is amazing! She is knowledgeable, friendly, informative and quick! She made time for me when I got off work and educated me on how to build my credit! Thank you Covington Credit! We need more caring people like Charlene!

  Very easy, quick and painless to apply for a loan the 2 ladies at the Covington,Ga branch are AWESOME and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to the Covington,Ga Branch! You will not regret it as they are very helpful and professional! 10 stars all day in my book!!

  Ever since I became a customer Covington credit has been more than good and helpful to me I love dealing with them so if u ever need some money Covington credit is the best and thanks to their New Manager Charlie she’s an awesome woman she knows how to get the work done.. I really appreciate her she’s very respectful Nd nice overall she knows how to treat her Customers…
