  Great service. Very friendly and accommodating. Faith is super to work with. The services they offer outrank big banks by far. Interest paid on checking and savings. Fast response on pre approval for home buying. Need a Medallion stamp on stock/401k transaction? They have three people here who can do that!

  So the people are friendly and that's great, but my husband and I have been having problems with them lately. Right now I'm sitting in Wal-Mart with a cart full of groceries with plenty of money to pay for them but his card is being declined, can't pull money out of the ATM, and this isn't the first time this has happened. When I called the help line the woman explained to me that it was happening with a lot of people. She was very nice and I know it's not her fault, but I don't like this happening, especially on more than one occasion. We will probably be looking for another credit union...

  We apologize for the issue that you experienced with your card. Unfortunately, the problem was with the card processor and affected many credit unions all over the country! We are actively working with our processor to make sure that it does not happen again!

  This is by far one of my favorite branches only because the staff are awesome. Super friendly tellers and they always do a good job.

  Been banking here for almost 15yrs. 800+ credit score. Great income. Impeccable credit history. Never had a problem til more recently when they've started acting like my money is theirs to mess with. When I have a big check I wanna use it, not wait 2 days for it to clear from a reputable firm. MY money, not theirs. "Its for your protection" they say... "I" will decide if I need protection getting money from a reputable place, not CoVantage. Keep this sht up & they're likely to lose more than a few people.

  Covantage used to be much more customer focused. As they have gotten larger they have seemed to forget about personal relationships. They have some great people working for them.
