  I've been banking with this credit union for a few years now and my experience has always been positive. Friendly, helpful, and courteous representatives, and quick drive through times. I can do a majority of my banking through their phone app, a convivence that I love, and they maintain good location (Open) hours. The building is also always very clean and welcoming. I've had different credit unions and banks through the years, CoVantage is the best that I have found so far.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars. They will take money from you with no explanation and keep adding on extra money each month. If you try to get to the bottom of the issue you will speak to multiple employees. All who tell you its taken care of. Until the next month when they call asking for more money on top of your loan. Never go through them. You can find better rates and much better customer service just about anywhere else. I'm looking at you Kristen.

  Very very slow. Get more people to work on Saturday! Last time I was there it seemed like one person working and 10+ customers. I feel bad for the gal that had to deal with that. When I’ve gone to make a payment for my loan I sat in the drive thru for at least 15min (even when there’s no line) People have things to do and places to go, taking 15min to take a payment is ridiculous. They only need to get some computers by the drive thru window. Besides that everyone is very kind and helpful.

  If you talk to a loan officer, do not talk to Lisa. She is very rude, and unprofessional. Yes she did give me the answers that I needed, but she made it sound like I was more of a burden to her than anything. Needless to say as soon as I pay off my loan, I will be changing banks! Find a new profession if you don't like your current one!

  Steer clear of this organization. They have no standard operating procedure and will change them at any given time. By far the worst organization I have ever banked with and will be closing my account out with them as soon as possible. Update on this review: I also recalled in and went back through their whole call system (because you can't just connect to the branch) and I called in at the Neenah branch. They were able to assist me with what the Appleton branch said they couldn't. This is not a good thing, this is just to highlight how no one at this business has any standard operating procedures that they are following. It is not only inconveintnet for members here but it is also a potential issue with security. I would really think about your financial security, personal information, and more when you are looking for a place to do business and they obviously do not care about their members ease of use with their accounts, or their security. If I could rate zero stars from this experience I would.

  My Harley-Davidson loan is through CoVantage. I'd never heard of them before. They had the lowest rates out there. Credit unions are the best! Love their payoff letters, too. Let's me know I'm on track to paying my ride off 2yrs early!!

  I love CoVantage!! I have had an account with them for 13 years now and when I moved away from my home town I loved them so much I couldn’t turn them away despite no CoVantage locations in this area. So glad to see they are now in the Appleton area! They have great rates, financing options and real people answering my questions any time they arise. I trust them with all my financial needs.

  I have banked with Covantage for over 20 years now. Moved to Appleton 14 years ago and couldn't find a bank I liked or that could give me better rates,, so I stuck with them. I am extremely happy they have branches in the Fox Valley now!

  I love CoVantage! I have been with them since I opened my 1st account. My husband and I got a great rate on our mortgage and our credit card with them. I am so happy they opened locations in the Appleton area

  Took 15 minutes to deposit a check in the drive through. Only could see one person in the bank, no other cars in the drive thru, had to ring the bell to get service, it was after 1:00, so it wasn't lunch hour. Teller couldn't get the drawer to work right, and when finally getting it she hit my car with it.
