      5 STARS for customer service at this location!!!!! I recently moved to NC and had to send checks to make my loan payments. The girls at the Rome store were super sweet when I would call in to confirm my payment arrived. They also offered other solutions when I was not able to mail a check. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a debt consolidation/credit repair loan.

      I have always had good credit standing with these people and been on time with my payments until about 3 or 4 months ago. I had some sickness and a death in the family that put me a little behind. These people called my job repeatedly harrassing my coworkers and pretending to be clients just to get me on the phone. The manager was extremely rude. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to give their business to Courtesy Finance.
