  I was received with warmth, professionalism and good cheer when I came in today to have a notary completed. Robert helped me and was wonderful. I very much appreciate the customer service and candid efficiency! I had called previously and spoke with Robert and was welcomed graciously over the phone before I even came into the business.   I went in today to pay off my loan. Talked to a guy named Robert and he didn't want to provide anything saying paid in full or showing a 0 balance. These folks are trained crooks. I will also be posting a complaint with the BBB. Consumer BEWARE!

  People here are horrible! When you have a personal situation happen that takes you out of work they don't want to work with you and then start getting a attitude. You offer to try make a payment of what you can and they don't want to accept it.

  Worst place ever. They dont want to work with you when you fall behind. Customer service is horrible. When you call corporate office, they dont even want to work with you either. I'd rather do a title pawn then use this company.
