  Really fast on doing the recall item l took it in for. Got me in right away and had work completed on time! However they said the truck would not start and they had to jump it. I got in it and it started right up. ????? Battery is getting old but it started the truck all winter in sub zero weather. Also tried to sell me an oil change. Typical dealership rhetoric? Service desk person was very good and professional.

  First time car buyer, female, and nervous! I couldn't have picked a better dealership to work with or have worked with a better salesman. James worked with me through all steps of the process (beat the price of other dealerships) and stayed in continued communication with me as I was traveling to purchase. Frank, the finance guy was patient with my 4,972 questions and took his time to walk me through the purchasing process. Even now 3 weeks after purchase and a minor concern with the car they have been willing to work with me and I am making the 2 hour drive to have the work done. I cannot recommend the team nearly high enough. If you're looking to buy, this is your place!

  Based on my 1x experience there of trading in my car and buying a CPO car, I would say the entire transaction was well handled. I feel the pricing on both was fair. My salesperson Kim Meister was very experienced and a pleasant fellow to work with. The high tech features of my Taurus Limited were explained well to me by Michael. The finance manager Rafael was also pleasant to work with and did not take too much time persuading me with extra cost items. In all, I would definitely return to Countryside Ford. Revised: The reason I award FIVE STARS, not four, is because Countryside has gone above and beyond the level of customer service and appreciation I would expect from any quality car dealership post sale. I found one tiny defect on my CPO Taurus and Countryside took care of it immediately, out of their own pocket, and without my having to return to the dealership. That is extraordinary and is why I award FIVE STARS. Thank you to Countryside!!!

  All the people at Countryside Ford were beyond kind and helpful. Bob, my sales person was very polite and up front, as well as the IT tech and Raphael in financing. Great people and great service would recommend to any people looking for good, honest deal.

  After searching on their website for different cars, I contacted Luis Acosta to discuss what I was interested in. He explained details about each car that really help narrow my choices. I made an appointment and he had all three cars ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Each car was very nice and he gave me more information to help me make achoice. I purchased a Ford Fusion and just love it. Thanks Luis

  We had the best service from start to finish, from the first phone call until we drove out of the car lot. This was a second purchase of a new truck with Countryside Ford. We traded our 1st truck in and had quality treatment through the whole process. This is where we will continue to upgrade our business vehicle in the future. Could not be any more pleased.
