  Cotton Baldwin is THE best!! I found the perfect house without being pre-approved. She got my pre-approval done within hours and closed on my house within 30 days! She helped me every step of the way. This was my first time buying a house on my own, so she was beyond helpful and put my mind at ease.

  My husband and I have no complaints whatsoever with dealing with Cotton Baldwin for our mortgage loan. Ms. Baldwin was always professional, very helpful, quick to respond, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and it was obvious to me that she cared about her work and went above and beyond to assist. I was excited to finally get to meet Cotton Baldwin when we arrived in town at the time of our loan mortgage closing. I felt like I already knew her before we ever actually met. My husband and I are thankful and appreciative for all Cotton Baldwin's efforts and thanks to her our loan mortgage closing went smooth without any delay, hassle, or added stress.
