  I have loved banking here! Always very helpful, even with new staff. Even though I have moved out of state recently, I'm still using CorTrust as my bank.

  Love this bank! Fabulous staff who actually thank you by name! It's easy when documents with your name on them are readily available! It's flattering so why don't the Big Guys do this instead of stupid chatter about the weather?! I have been with this bank for over a year now & received a Happy Anniversary card signed by staff members! Delightful! Will keep recommending this bank!

  I was charged for a stop payment that never got stopped. I was told the bank would cover the loss but they did not. 3 different people gave me 3 different stories. Bank Manager Sean said he would meet with me to discuss the issue but when I got there he ignored me even tho he knew I was at the bank. Go elsewhere if you want a trustworthy banking experience.

  They are extremely slow when you go to make a deposit. I have no idea why. But the slowest service I've ever had at a bank. It's not a cortrust issue. Because it was that slow B4 it was CorTrust.
