  People with good credit and verified industry experience and they want 25% down? These people aren’t professional at all and it starts from the Top. Sandra Esparza only sends derogatory credit ratings but not the proof you paid the company off! Jesus was no help and pretended to not be able to see the account, then has has Rosa lie that he had left for the day when called back.

  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. ITS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. SIGNED WITH THEM THINKING IT WAS NORMAL FINANCE ONLY TO DISCOVER MY 52,000 LOAN IS NOW 103,000. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. SAME PROBLEM AS NOTED BY ALL THE OTHERS HERE. JESUS CASTRO WORKS HERE AND APPEARS TO BE THE KEY CULPRIT. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY. DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IS SOMETHING YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET.

  I will never do business with this people again they are a total ripoff I finally pay off my account a year early and it’s been 3 weeks haven’t received my tittle and they don’t answer my emails or calls

  No wonder they have only two stars.This place is a joke. How do you do business as “professionals” and NEVER reach back out to a customer? No answers...nothing. No sorry you didn’t get approved for financing or how much do you have for a down payment. They just stopped calling. Erica was helping us so we thought. Got in touch with her last week Wednesday and she was nice and helpful. Called her that Friday to see what was going on and she said she made a mistake and didn’t send all the paperwork to the underwriter so she would send it again and call me Monday, ok cool. Monday no call, Tuesday no call so I call her on Wednesday. She finally gets on the phone and than all of a sudden her computer froze🤔 she says I’ll call you back in 5 minutes ok???????💤💤💤💤 that was Wednesday morning. Here it is now Thursday 1:38pm and STILL no word from Erica. SMH real professional right 😂 so we took our money to another company and got financing. Mind you we had up to 45% to put down in needed but they just never called or answered us back. Don’t waist your time.

  I‘ve been trying for 3 days to get a payoff for a customer I have yet to receive a call back from the person in charge Jesus Castro. They just keep giving me the run around on the phone when it seems pretty simple. So what's such a shame the games they seem to be playing I'll never understand why industries that rely on human interaction never invest in actually making that a pleasant experience. Bad business practice all I can say stay away.

  I'm not sure what happens behind the scenes with this business. For being a financial company that is suppose to help you, they cause more headaches. They take forever to get back to you, are super disorganized, 'losing e-mails' and not being able to remember conversations they had with you. If you are forced to work with these people, make sure you stick to e-mail and read the fine print! Never working with these people again.

  STAY AWAY!!!Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews till it was too late fell behind on payment due to covid then was just playing catch up with all my bills and expenses well they repossessed my truck i was trying to get it back and within 24 hours Rosy said it was sold that I couldn't do anything to get it back and because its a commercial vehicle they can do as they please because the laws dont apply to them please stay away dont do business with them

  Called them to see if they would finance a truck for me. SANDRA lies and says they can. She calls back and says they can't finance it due to Maxxforce motor. SHE KNEW THAT BEFORE SHE RAN MY CREDIT "TWICE". SHE OFFERED ME THAT HIGH MILEAGE "JUNK" THEY SELL. THIS IS A FLY BY NITE COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE THEY FINANCE YOU FOR 53,000 AND CHARGE YOU $130,000.. OH AND IF YOU WANT TO PAY OFF YOUR TRUCK .. YOU NEED TO PAY THEM THE AMOUNT FINANCED PLUS THE INTEREST , WITH THEM YOU CAN'T JUST PAY THE INTEREST FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU HAD THE LOAN FOR ,, IT HAS TO BE FOR THE WHOLE TERM OF THE LOAN,, OUR LOAN WAS FOR $53,300 ON NOV/30/2018 I MADE 5 PAYMENTS SO FAR,, I ASKED FOR A PAY OFF TODAY AND JESUS CASTRO SAID WE OWE THEM $109,298.00 MY BROTHER MISSED 1 PAYMENT..DUE ON JAN-04-2019 A LADY CALLED MY MOTHER ON FEB-06-2019 TO LET HER KNOW MY BROTHER WAS 1 MONTH BEHIND, MY MOTHER PASSED THE PHONE TO HIM AND IN ACCIDENT HE HANGED-UP,, MOTHER CALLS BACK AND ASKED THE LADY WHERE CAN SHE GO TO MAKE A PAYMENT!, SHE SAID LET ME ASK MY MANAGER AND I'LL CALL YOU BACK.. WELL 4 HOURS PASSED AND MOTHER CALLED BACK,, SHE WAS BUSY AND SAID WILL BACK, 5 MINUTES TO 5:00 PM MOTHER CALLS AGAIN AND SHE WAS PLACED ON-HOLD,, WELL 5 PM CALL DROPS AND NO ONE PICKED UP NO MORE,, NEXT THING WE KNOW, THIS PEOPLE SENT ONE OF THERE AGENTS TO OUR YARD AND TAKES OFF WITH OUR TRUCK ,, DROVE IT OUT OF OUR YARD AND THEN TO GET IT BACK CHARGED US 10,000 DLLS THEY ASKED FOR JAN & FEB PAYMENT ON TOP OF THAT 2 EXTRA MORE PAYMENTS, FOR MAR 2019 AND GUESS WHAT ? THE 4TH ONE WAS FOR DECEMBER 2023, KNOWING WE WHERE LOW IN MONEY,, JESUS SAID IT HAD TO BE TILL DEC-2023 ,, $7660 WAS FOR THE 4 PAYMENT AND THE REST $2340 WAS FOR THE REPO FEES ,, ON TOP OF THAT,, WE HAD TO BEG THE FOR 2 WEEKS BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THE TRUCK BACK,, ALL THIS FOR 1 PAYMENT,, I WILL NEVER BUY EVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN FROM THIS PEOPLE,, I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE GOVERNMENT LETS THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE OPERATE A A BUSINESS AND TAKE THE MONEY OF THE POOR,, I NEED TO FIND A GOOD ATTORNEY SPECIALIZED IN COMMERCIAL FINANCING LOANS THAT CAN HELP ME WITH THIS FINANCE COMPANY, ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT AND I AM SURE THERE IS SO MUCH PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT HAVE BEEN TRICKED FROM THIS COMPANY..
