  The Franklin branch has an angel working there. She is a beautiful teller with a heart of gold and am very grateful to have had been fortunate enough to meet her. I don't know her name but I call her Angel. She will always be Angel to me

  I love this bank. I have been with them about 35 years. I feel taken care of they know me when i walk in. That does not happen anywhere else.

  I worked with the staff here in selling a vehicle and camper to one of their members. While I was not a member of the Credit Union, their staff (Alisha Crow specifically) was very helpful in doing the work to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Excellent experience.

  Beware of losing your bank card. The ladies in the branch are wonderful but try contacting their customer service in regards to your lost card and they will treat you like a thief, even after you pass the initial info screening to prove your identity. After sending an email about their customer service I went in to the Franklin Branch to get a new card, no problems (once again, the tellers are great) but shortly after this, a letter arrives in the mail with a check for the account balance stating they are closing the account due to the phone call and email that I sent. I don't understand what the issue is, it should have been a simple phone call to report a lost debit card and somehow ended up going south with no regard for my concerns of (actual) theft and the closing of my account. All in all, I am glad they saved me a trip.

  If I could give this bank a zero I would. It is a very unsafe place. I was assaulted out front in broad daylight with a security guard standing there. He said he saw nothing. They said they had no cameras. Meanwhile, someone saw something, because when I pulled myself up with a sacrum broken all the way across and my head buzzing that had just bounced on the pavement, and found my way to their door, they had put the entire bank on lockdown and suddenly I heard an ambulance coming, but the assailant kept coming at me. I thought I was going to die that morning. Here I am 5 years later, barely able to walk a straight line or sit up due to spinal chord damage and “no one saw anything” nor did they have outside cameras. Really? Do you want a bank where criminals know there are no cameras? No you don’t. RUN! Don’t just walk away from this very UNSAFE country bank.

I wanted to make sure that you are talking about Cornerstone Financial Credit Union in Nashville, far from a country bank? We have cameras at and around all of our branches.   I got an account with Cornerstone to get away from big banks, but I probably wont be banking with them much longer. You'll get a lot of mailing from them that look like bank documents, but it's advertisements or something they're trying to sell. Same with email. Online banking is lacking and you can't use Apple Pay or Android Pay with their cards. I can get more features and less life insurance mailings disguised as bank statements from several other banks in town.

  Everyone at the franklin branch is so friendly and knowledgeable- especially their manager!! She was so patient and explained everything thoroughly- I will never put my accounts anywhere else!!!

  Cornerstone financial is AWESOME! They gave me a 5% car refinance and saved me tons of money from Carmax UNBELIEVEABLE HIGH rate of 16.5%!! Love these guys! They can work wonders!!
