  Much better than traditional banking and they’re very professional and upfront. Processes for everything are simple and easy, they also helped me get an outrageously amazing interest rate and switched over my car loan for me making the process super easy.

  I love cornerstone credit union. They have the lowest car loan rates available and i also have a visa card with them. I highly recommend cornerstone!!

  Very poor customer service. The issue was not resolved until it went up to supervisor. Mobile banking very awful. Very poor communication from the CCF banking service even though there is various channels to communicate to the customer.

  I have been banking here for several years. I have always had a wonderful experience, the staff is fabulous, professional and courteous! This is the best credit union on the planet! Reasonable loan rates as well.

  Choice tunes is awesome. Get $10 back each month when you buy stuff on iTunes or Amazon. All you have to do is make 12 purchases with your debit card and log into your account online to qualify.

  Love this credit union! Super easy to use even now when I don't live near a location. Great rates on auto loans as well.

  1.49% interest rate on a car loan is a tactic to fish in new customers. They pull your credit report and than tell you they cant give you a loan with a 739 score & wont give you a copy of your report. I tried them 2 times SHAME ON ME ...... BEWARE

  When I needed immediate financial, I called Conerstone Community Financial for help and I was approved in less than 15 minutes and had the funds in my account soon as I signed the documents. I was a complete wreck and didn't know how I was going to pay that bill and CCF came through for me and my family! I am grateful to have my financial needs and services through CCF!
