  I absolutely ADORE this credit union. They are not joking about “banking on a first name basis”. I went in to make my account, and maybe two more times after that, and they were greeting me by name at the door. Super helpful, convenient, caring, and actually fairly quick for all transactions (would be a little quicker if all the universal associates had printers and didn’t have to run back and forth but still quick nonetheless)! 10/10 recommended for Northwest and Colerain alumni. Cops and firefighters getting taken care of as well. The atmosphere here is just lovely. A true joy to be a member here

  I love the customer services here. I’ve been with this bank for some years now hope to continue banking here for as long as I can. The update there systems which makes my banking easier. Would highly recommend this bank to anyone! 👌

  One young guy always sound racist, I asked for a deposit slip and the guy says do you have an account here? Why would I ask for a deposit slip if I didn't have an account, it's always the way he says things to me it seems like I always get him for some reason, none of the other ladies even sound like that at all, like because I'm black I can't have an account here. I hate it when I get him, sometimes I just want to wait for somebody else. Next time I'm in I'll get his name.

  We’re very sorry to hear about your experience at our branch; we appreciate your feedback. The reason our MSR asked if you have an account is because we don’t require our regular members to fill out deposit or withdrawal slips for their transactions. Our Colerain branch performs a very high number of shared branching transactions for members of other credit unions. Our non-members do need to fill out a slip for their transactions, so when you asked for a deposit slip, our MSR was trying to ascertain whether or not you needed one. We truly apologize that you felt that our MSR was rude. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality standards for our members, and hope to do better the next time you visit our branch.

  They've grown since first started banking here. Great service great people. I don't feel rushed and I have always been treated with the utmost amount of respect.

  I would not recommend this bank I called for a replacement card they asked me for my account number I went to go give it to them and I got hung up on and the lady I spoke to did not seem happy at all she seemed quiet annoyed

  As a guy that likes keeping his money safe, this is a good bank. Plenty of security and fraud protection options and very kind people. I like it.

  hate this bank stay far away always something with this bank. I've been locked out of my account for 3 days and cannot move my paycheck money over. soooooo NOT HAPPY!

  I love bank I get in fast and out quick
