Randy Knight4Have had up's and Downs most of the time it's up great service great people.but today my concerns are someone is trying to fraudulent charge.i would love to speak with someone.. but have been on hold called back for almost 2hours understand busy but come on. Like I said as a whole CP is a great Bank sorry vent over have a blessed day.

Finishline5This is by far the best bank I have ever used. Everyone is on point including management, tellers and loan officers. They are always there to help me through any transaction. I only wish I could give more then 5 stars.

Jennie Gillum1I was scammed for a pretty good bit of money! I was told to call my bank! I called & the lady that answered was very nice & told me to come talk to member services & she would take care of it! Member service lady told me there was nothing they could do about it! I thought Coosa Pines stood behind this!
Response from the ownerHello, Ms. Gillum! I understand your disappointment with this transaction, as I would be distressed after being defrauded of any amount of money. After investigating, I found that the fraud was not on a Coosa Pines account, debit card, or other service, but on a Venmo® account. Unfortunately, Venmo and other “cash apps” have a policy that even if a fake account was set up ONLY to defraud you, once you have transferred cash to that account, their service to you is complete. From that point they may give you a name and a city for the perpetrator should you choose to pursue the case with law enforcement, but they will not refund your money. You are a valued member, and we sincerely hope that you allow us to continue to serve you. At Coosa Pines, we do stand behind the services we provide, and wherever we have influence we will also stand behind you. Thank you for reaching out to us!

Deanalyn Reing2I have never met nicer people in any bank before that is until yesterday. The woman for the home loans was rude, dismissive, and thank God she wasn't the first person I ever encountered when I joined the bank. I definitely would have gone elsewhere if that was the case.

Jamie Byrd4Ok i get so aggravated when i have a problem and can't get a live human being on the phone, even when u call tge branch phone number u still get that recording that doesn't have the option to (SPEAK TO SOMEONE), However with that being said I gotta say this is a really good place to do business with, i have had checking accounts with a couple different banks but my husband accidentally overdrawn my account by $1.04, when I finally got to speak to a real live person she said they wouldn't charge me an overdraft fee that when my direct deposit came in it would only deduct the amount overdrawn,... this has never happened at any of the 5 other banks and probably never will Thank u Coosa Pines for NOT being like the others! Now get some direct branch numbers with no prerecorded bs.....im just saying 🤷

Justin Vickers1Horrible loan department. Got the loan for a used car and got behind 1 payment they shut my car off . Then the next day i had 2 car payments in hand asked them to turn the car on to come and pay up the late month and the current they said no! So i called around to get a ride to pay the payments they already had the tow truck guy at my house as i was leaving to make my payments. They had plenty of time to tell him to not pick up my car cause i was coming in to pay up on my car. Never will deal with this bank again and i hope a lot of people see my review and change to a different bank.

Keshia Parker3Would give 5 stars if I could ever get member services on the phone when I call....lost my debit card and tried to contact them from 4:00 to 4:30 which is closing time and never got the first person on the phone.... absolutely rediculous🤬🤬

We had our IT Manager pull the call logs to find out where your calls were going so that we could address this with our employees, but there were no voicemails left. An MSR will be calling you to help you with your card. Also, the CP CARDCOMMAND app would be a great help to you. With the CARDCOMMAND app, you can lock and unlock your card as well as set spending limits, alerts, and much more. You can find it in the app store under Coosa Pines Card Command.
