  I just closed on a 4plex in West LA, and Jonathan Yoo & Dustin Rosenberg at Convoy Home Loans got the financing done for the Buyer. There were many hurdles & obstacles that occurred during the process, but all ones that they were able to tackle & get through to make sure we closed. Not only do they get their clients great rates, but they were very responsive and easy to work with. As a Broker, I work with lots of different lenders & loan brokers throughout the year -- but none with the same enthusiasm & attention to detail as Jonathan & Dustin.   For a good period of time, my wife and I had been thinking on refinancing our morgate to obtain a lower interest rate and to pay off others debts.   Dustin and Convoy simply are the best. I've spoken to so many lenders but the moment I spoke to Dustin, I knew he was the real deal. Fully transparent, no lies and from day one I immediately got the best rate when compared with multiple lenders. He is a man of his word, someone I can trust and as responsive as they come. When working with him, you don't feel like you are dealing with a car salesman but an expert consultant, trusted advisor, and friend who knows how to handle all issues that come up during the loan process. Getting a loan is extremely important and working with someone that knows the process cold made me feel so much better about buying a home. Highly recommend them.
