      I was over drawn ,63 cents did not know it. Someone took out double the money. I was told I had to put money in bank before they would cash it. I did we have been at consumers over 40 years I knew the person and I have always been nice to all the girls. This time she wasn't pleasant at all. I can't even write a check for 20.00 to someone they won't cash it. It's a shame

      well i give less than one star if possible. currently tring to hire a lawyer to fight the fraud in this company. I set up ACH withdrawl for a loan with them. they take payments out on days NOT authorized and then they miss taking out payments. then they want to charge you late fees and say your loan is late when they didn't take the payment when authorized. I do not recommend this company to anyone

      The company I work for has been trying to get a credit reference for a company that has an account with them for 2 weeks now. I have called 3 times, left messages every time and sent an email and have not heard a single thing back. Ridiculous. And even though I dont personally have an account with them, based off this experience, will never and would not recommend to anyone

      This place is ridiculous. I have several accounts here and have for over 10 years. But it seems like there is always an issue when I want to cash a check or make a withdrawal.
