      This is the worst experience I have ever had at a financial institution. I am unsure if it is because of a labor shortage or a sheer lack of competence. Refinancing my auto loan with CCU saved me 2% on my APR, but I should have remained with my old bank at a higher interest rate. First, they entered my auto pay information incorrectly; when I initially asked Chris, one of their loan service analysts, to confirm my routing number and bank information, he told me not to worry about it. Of course, after a few days, my payment failed, and needed to pay a $30 return check fee. Chris stopped answering my calls even though I was nothing but cordial. It must be nice ignoring a customer who was worried about a ding on their credit score because of CCUs and your mistakes, Chris. It took four separate calls to fix the issue and each time was on hold for 20 to 40 minutes. Angela(w) was very helpful in resolving that, but the whole situation should have been avoided. Then, I sent two forms saying my car was in storage and did not need collision insurance. What did CCU do? They did not send me a denial or acceptance of the form and are putting a $250 a month insurance charge on my account. I called to ask if they ever received my forms, one of them I had sent over a month earlier. I was told they received them, but no one ever approved or denied my storage request. After talking to another loan rep, they said the situation was resolved and I wouldn't be charged. Imagine my (lack of) surprise when I checked my loan status with them; I now have a $250 per month insurance policy charged to my account. So, I have to call them again and sit on hold for 20-40 minutes to "solve" yet another problem that they have created. I am not sure what their internal problems are, but I would assume a lack of communication between departments. Save yourself the elevated blood pressure and take a slightly higher interest rate elsewhere. I am in my 20s, and my doctor recommends high blood pressure medication to deal with this place. CCU is like a neglected dam, you think you fixed the last leak, but a new one pops up; but instead of water, it's money and time leaking out of your pocket and life. Consumers Credit Union, this is people's money, credit, and livelihoods you are messing with. Figure out a way to plug your own holes because this is absolutely unacceptable.       This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to have your money or a loan. This institution failed to take a loan payment that is set up auto deduct and reported me late to the credit bureau and I have not missed one payment. The will leave on hold for decades and still don’t have any information. The representatives and managers can’t answer to what happened and frankly do not care!!! They are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNINFORMATIVE. I was a member of Andigo until these people took over. This is an ABSOLUTE nightmare. Absolutely no sense of customer service ! WARNING : DO NOT BANK AT THIS INSTITUTION.

      This credit union is way out of control. I came to it by way of the merger of Andigo Credit Union (formerly Motorola Employees Credit Union). The service at Andigo was fantastic. Very personal, caring, and fast. This place is the opposite. Any time I want to do something online it's an ordeal. When you make an online credit card payment it takes a week for it to be processed, even though it's been withdrawn from your paying account immediately. Most of the customer service reps I have dealt with have been cold and brittle, acting like they have some kind of power over you. Today I encountered the first caring and competent customer service representative, who told me that they have instituted a policy of holding online credit card payments for 4 or 5 business days, and that many customers are complaining about it. Telephone hold times are oppressive.

      These people are FRAUD!!!! They approve you based on their mood and NOT BY THE LAW. I don’t know who hired them but I should’ve sticked with Chase refinancing my leased car. I was approved for the loan and did all the paper work necessary but because my license name was misspelled Judith Serrano told me to get it fixed, I went to my DMV got it fixed and faxed her the yellow paper with the receipt and waited her response for whole week and received ZERO response from her. This week which is the beginning of December I kept calling her and when she finally answered she told me my application is being denied because they can’t accept my yellow paper from the DMV, mind you they already pulled my credit and I did all the necessary paperwork and was approved. I told her I need her Manger’s name and phone number hoping her manger would look into my case but boy was that horrible. I don’t know who hired Shameka as a manger she was so rude to me and didn’t even bother to listen to me she kept repeating back to me “we’re sending you a letter that will show why you being denied,”. Shameka lacks the qualities of being a good manger which is needed in order to retain potential clients. She sounded clueless and unprofessional kept repeating the same words back to me. I hope they fire Shameka and Judith Serrano because they make this company look bad. The company has potential but the people they hired makes them look awful. Whoever is reading this stay away from this company and their unprofessional employees. Trust me you will be saving yourself a lot of headache and unnecessary stress, I just wish I never applied and have a hard pull on my credit.

      Terrible business practice and terrible customer experience. Refinanced my car with CU and it took the person MONTHS to not only complete my loan after endless amounts of calls with no resolution. Javier offered me a credit into my new account for the trouble, but NEVER saw that credit. Now as I called to pay off my loan, they took out TWICE the amount that I had authorized them for the loan!!

      It's so frustrating trying to get in contact with someone over the phone. Their "press 1 for a call back" wouldn't work, and I was on hold waiting for over 40 minutes. When you go to the actual bank, you better have packed a meal and brought something to do for a a few hours.. cause that's literally how long it takes their drive thru and when the inside was open. I'll be closing my account after 17 years..
