  When the refinance process began I had no idea how valuable Ed would be guiding me through every step of the way - and there were a whole lot of steps. The regulatory requirements today are so much greater than anything I had ever experienced and having Ed to not only educate but also to facilitate the compliance of all the regulations was greatly appreciated. Given the complexity today, I cannot imagine navigating through the process today and then executing the details in a well planned and timely fashion as Ed did. He was always diligent and timely in his communication and saw everything through to its conclusions. He is a consummate professional, and I will not hesitate to call upon him in the future.

  Ed did a great job. He was constantly in contact with us and his numbers were very accurate compared to the final paperwork. The day of our closing we had bad weather and they went above and beyond to get someone to us at the appointment time. We would definitely recommend him.

  Ed was great to work with. He explained every part of the mortgage process in detail so there were minimal surprises for us as we moved closer to our closing date. He was very good at crunching all the numbers, our final numbers ended up to be within a few dollars of his original estimates!

  I've been working with Ed for at least 5 years. Throughout this time, Ed always remembered me, listened intently, and offered countless hours of advice, always putting my interests first. He actually discouraged me to buy a house on multiple occasions because I wasn't financially ready to do so. When the time was right, Ed guided my wife and I through the home buying experience. He acted as a sounding board, guiding us away from mistakes, and always making sure we were several steps ahead in documentation that would be needed. He offered us several options when it came to choosing a mortgage and was available day and night(even on vacation) when we needed further explanation. In short, I cannot recommend Ed highly enough.

  I’m a pain in the butt! I have lots of questions and like to talk about different ways to hit my financial goals. Ed, bless his heart is always patient, professional and takes the time to help me think through my ideas and answer all my questions. I’ve been working with Ed since early 2000 - fast forward 2019 and I’m still working with him. I’ve sent so many people Ed’s way that I’ve actually lost track and everyone gave him a raving review. Believe me people, I’m a tough grader and I give Ed a total thumbs up even though he is a Notre Dame fan, hail Purdue!!

  Ed has provided excellent communication to my wife and I every step of the way throughout the refinance process. When we ran into a few hiccups, he took the "curveball" and straightened it out.   Ed was great, and coached us through another no cost refi! With interest rates continuing to drop, each time we do this, I am reminded that I don't need to wait to make up what I paid for in the last refi, since they're all no cost to me. If the rates drop in another month or two, we'll just do it again. Easy to work with and a great communicator.
