  I have never given a 1 star review to any company. This by far is the WORSE company I have ever had to deal with. I mean I agree solely with 99% of each review on here. How rude the reps are, DOBIE/ROMONA, even the "office manager" Tim (which sounds like Dobie- lol) does not care truly about his clients at all. He cares solely about how long he has been doing this "30 years" - and that only they are a third chance finance. I am in collections, what I do not understand is how you talk to a customer like they're trash and allow your reps to do so? I seriously have only had good talks with Nick, and he is so genuine and kind - he is the only difference in the company. I highly recommend just buying a car from a mom and pop shop verse dealing with this group of class acts.

  This company was my finance company for a year. 100% Hated it! In the beginning like most companies they called to complete the welcome call and go over the contract with their specific stipulations. The most logical question such as "Is there a grace period to pay the note after the actual due date?" The given response totally prompted me think "What have I gotten myself into"! The representative that I spoke with clearly stated "Your car note needs to paid on the 6th or we will come pick up your car"! Of course in return I asked, "What if a life event happens and I need additional time, what happens then?" After that I was blatantly cut off and told "We did not have to offer you financing, do you want the car or not?" From that moment on I simply mailed in payments, not to mention my head was telephonically ate off when I called a week later to pay a month early because I was ready to starting paying them off. All in all I hardly called and spoke with them. I paid early or on time and thanks to God I was approved a year later for a brand new car with an actual BANK! Being young and not making smart choices I had to deal with the company however, it was worth it because either way they report to all agencies and all payments were on time and showed on my credit report. This company needs a full renovation starting with employees. It does not make any professional sense to have that the 90% of the employees render Attitude & blatant disrespect. Their demeanor gives the impression that just because they approved a person with old baggage they are at their debt so in return the disrespect is warranted. I am so happy to be away & them PAID IN FULL! Before anyone signs any documents with this company please note this is going to be the worse decision of your life. God has better for you! This company is not it!

  Always answered or returned my calls promptly and made it easy to make payments. I was able to get a car and build my credit in the process. Highly recommend.

  My car is nearly paid off. I like these people because they actually talk to you when you have a problem. Wouldn’t mind getting another car loan through them but they told me they don’t do pre approvals. Oh well I like dealing with them.

  Google please give NEGATIVE STARTS TO THIS DUMP These people are the most DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, NO HOME TRAINING INDIVIDUALS I have ever come across. I have NEVER missed a payment, in fact, i pay an additional $181 monthly to not have to deal with them. The only reason why I was FORCED to go with them is that I at the time had NO credit. I hate speaking to them on the phone because they REFUSE to give receipts. When asked simple questions they scream like children who have had a toy taken away from them. When going to this run-down dump you are greeted with RUDE comments, rolled eyes, and horrendous attitudes. They speak down to you every chance they get. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. ALL of the women, actually scratch that...all of the GIRLS in that facility need to go to a conference for customer service. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT YOU DO....LEAVE. I am not sure if this is a family owned establishment or a homeless shelter for individual who do not know English and have no home training or manners. I AM reporting them to the Better Business Beaure. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE people. I can not wait until I am DONE and NEVER have to speak to these mush-brained individuals EVER AGAIN.

  After reading all these comments before and not believing it omg they are all true!!! The lady that left me a voicemail was so rude and unprofessional. I called yesterday to speak with her about my payment and she was very rude talking to me like I was some person off the streets not a customer. I told her she was very rude. I was still talking she placed me on hold wow. Then she comes back and I was telling her why are you being rude omg your so rude she yelled something and hung up in my face. Thank god for my dash cam having audio I do have the recording and I’ll be sharing so y’all can hear how rude and unprofessional this place is!!!!!!

  I just finished reading the reviews and had to laugh only because in the beginning of my contract, I experienced some of the same issues, especially with the ladies. I just thought they didn't like me for whatever reason. I, too, wanted to give one of the ladies a piece of my mind because she always wanted to discuss my business on speaker phone. Because of the guys, nick, tim and dobie, I gave CMC a 4 star rating because they have been good to me. CMC has worked with me when I lost my job, refinanced my car, made my payments affordable for me. I needed a car badly and they were the only one who took that leap of faith with me and i thank them.

  This company has rude customer services representatives that have no concern of the customer's impact on the business. They are extremely unorganized and have no core values for the company to be based on. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car or anything else from this company due to the lack of respect they offer to their consumers. Please read this review they are really the crumb of the finance industry.

  I wanted to write this review because when I read these reviews about this company I was really horrified about having to call and talk to them! Turns out, I haven’t had any issues with customer service since I began payments to them. I believe if you’re rude, they might be rude back. If you’re nice they’re very straight forward & just normal people. Usually takes 2 mins. Actually pretty pleased how simple and quick it is.

  These people are garbage. Some dumb lady that sounded like she didn't even have a GED called me asking about a Audi and when I told her I didn't know anything she threw some weak ass threat at me haha. I had financed for a S2000 so I didn't give a damn what she said. I had a female call up there and set her silly ass straight just for the laugh. Don't ever do business with these limited people.
