  I have tried for 4 days to get an update on my loan, which should have been the maturity of my agreement as of November 3rd 2021 according to my paperwork. I have left several messages in regard for a call back to verify said information and have not heard a single thing after being told I would receive a call back in 24 hours which was on Nov.16th 2021. Today is Nov.19th and still waiting. This is not what should be considered proper customer service. Not sure that I would deal with this company again.

  East Coast Metal Roofing and Constant Energy Capital are great together. Everything is set up for my new roof. I can't wait to have it installed. The guys who came and explained the whole process were very personable, very well informed and explained every detail the way that I wish all contractors would do for their customers. ALL questions answered. I am recommending this company to all my neighbors, friends and coworkers. Financing was a breeze. This will crank up my credit score. I started paying before the job is done. So far this institution has been a great help to make my life more secure.
