      Every time i go to the Oakton branch is a great experience . Professional, kind, and comfortable..... I never have any issues at all, also is a great experience of professional and kindly service with the tellers over the phone.... Its the best Bank in the United States.       I live in Manassas and there is another Credit Union Service Center around me in Chantilly, but they are not a full service location like Congressional Federal is. When I transferred from Stafford, to Arlington work-wise, I found Congressional Federal to be a wonderful place while on the commute home on I-66. I have not had any unpleasant experiences with the staff or members. In fact they seemed to be eagerly willing and able to help assist me with any requests that I have.

      The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. After I waited in line the teller couldn't help me deposit CASH into MY ACCOUNT. Then when I walked over to the ATM to desperately be able to use my own money, the teller opened up the ATM from the back so I had to wait almost an hour to use it and then it didn't work. They totally waste your time. Oh, I was put on hold today for ten minutes before hanging up just for calling to find out what the HOLIDAY HOURS ARE for NYE tomorrow. You know, since apparently you are magically supposed to know this stuff!
