  Unprofessional and rude interaction a couple months ago. After a brief description of my situation, I was transferred to Kyle. I could tell from when I started talking to Kyle that this wasn’t going to work out. He expressed no enthusiasm or kindness about the fact that I had sought him out for his business - not the other way around. I continued with the call hoping it would turn around, but definitely felt like I was bothering him the whole time and felt as if he’d never, ever in all his years working in the business encountered someone looking for a mortgage on a somewhat short timeline. After taking a lot of my personal information, he said he’d follow up with me and talk about qualification. He never did. Now who knows what he will do with all that info he gathered. Maybe sell it? Doesn’t matter. I found one of his direct competitors who was helpful and kind, and they won the $400k+ mortgage I took out.

  I would highly recommend Concorde mortgage it was a long process for me but everyone was was great that I worked with I did my research my Mom had used Concorde in the past they do go over and beyond to work on getting the best rate and the lowest fees I had found after a lot of shopping around

  Great and friendly staff very knowledgeable and willing to help even if your not where you need to be to get the loan they will help you and give you a plan to get you where you need to be can't wait to get where I need to be so I can get a house of my own for my family.

  We were referred to Trevor by our Realtor back in 2011 when we purchased our first home. Trevor was extremely patient with us in explaining the mortgage business and the processes that go along with qualifying. He was never annoyed with our millions of questions and always welcomed us into his office. After arranging our first mortgage, we then went back to Trevor when the renewal came up. He was again ready to help us navigate the process. Trevor has kept in touch with us over all these years and we look forward to working with him on our next home purchase!
