  My wife and I have been doing business at Comtrust in Windsor Ct. for 15 years now. They are hands down the most professional and friendly group of people to work with. We Started using them because they were much more efficient than our previous credit union and were able to do business with us in a timely manner and get things done. Our other credit union took two to three times longer and we had been good standing members for years.

  Having done business for many years at Comtrust in Windsor they are simply the best in the business. Every single transaction whether it be in the lobby, at the drive-up, or even when we have been on the road travelling and have done business has always gone smoothly. Professionalism is combined with friendly, caring, down to earth folks who always put their members first. Simply put, they do it right, and have always been like family to me and my husband. They work with integrity, intelligence, and energy. My most recent transaction was with Kina, it went just as I thought it would, not one problem. I can rely on good service every time. And in this day and age that's hard to find, but with Comtrust and all the wonderful folks in Windsor its a given.

  When you walk in, you feel welcome. Everyone is happy to see you. On a personal level, this branch has guided my family and I in the right financial direction continuously over the past 10 years. I highly recommend Comtrust Federal Credit Union in Windsor CT to anyone looking for a great place to do banking. I would not be where I am today without the assistance and dedication they have had for me. I have witnessed this interaction with all their customers whenever I go in.

  I have been a member of Comtrust for 8 years and they are my "go to" financial institution because I trust them. It's like banking with friends and colleagues. I trust their advice. I like their banking products - and I like knowing people on a first name basis. From HELOCs to car loans to all sorts of accounts, they have made banking easy for me and my family. Highly recommend!

  We had done our banking at another credit union for many, many years and a few years ago they closed and we needed to find another credit union and ComTrust was the recommended place to bank. As you can probably imagine doing business with another credit union for so many years, we were very nervous about the transition. We went in to meet with both Kina and Kim and they were wonderful! They are very professional and courteous. I deal with Kina now and she is the absolute best. Whenever I have a problem KIna is right on it! The customer service is great! ComTrust and their staff really made for a smooth transition! I am glad we decided to follow the recommendation.

  I love Comtrust! Everyone who works there gives courteous and knowledgeable service. They are always willing to help and always answer my calls or emails. Their rates are low and I've had many loans and mortgages over the years. I trust them & wouldn't want to bank anywhere else!

  Nothing but bad experiences. First off, my wife has an auto loan with them. Whenever she would go to the teller to pay her car, she gets attitude from all but one teller (only one nice teller by the way). She’s showed up 5 mins before close because of work to just drop off her payment and the person at the window just ignored her, clearly seeing her there. I’m another instance, she’s called the branch just to ask a question and the lady who answered was SO RUDE. When my wife didn’t remember her account number, the lady responds with “of course”. She then responded to everything with such a sarcastic undertone. The most recent encounter, I applied for an auto loan myself. The next day I called for the status or to speak to someone in the loan department. The lady who answered didn’t even let me finish my sentence and quickly said that the loan officer was busy and I needed to leave a message. I left a message with a call back number. I never got a call back and got a simple email response. The same day I applied for an auto loan with comtrust, I also applied with Windsor locks federal credit union. WLFCU called me back instantly, asked for intimate details as to why I was applying. I told them my wife just had a newborn and we recently moved into town so we needed a reliable car. They were so nice and actually listened. Person there called back and sent me an approval with a good rate THE SAME DAY. I wouldn’t recommended anyone go to Comtrust and expect good service. TERRIBLE

  I have used this credit union for over 30 years. Their staff are very friendly And their customer service reps are knowledgeable, accommodating for all your banking needs. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and anyone that’s looking great credit union this is the one to go to.

  started banking with comtrust FC Union 23yrs. ago while working in Ct. through my place of employment.(from Massachusetts). The people in this bank are wonderful and professional.Get to know these two wonderful women KG and KR when i applied for car loan about 10 yrs. ago.They help us lower our high apr on our house and my credit cards.they are always ready to help whenever i need their help. you are the best. and Thank you very much.
