  I've just been blown away by their customer service. Multiple times and all their staff has been super accommodating. Very modern bank. And they definitely fight for their customers and have their back. Most other banks I'm trying to watch my 6 to see how they're taking advantage of me. With these guys it feels I have a team member.

  I tried to deposit a check for my son (who is a travel nurse so he couldn't do it himself), through their electronic teller drive thru machine at 4:30 pm. Waited 15 minutes for someone to pop up and instead got a message saying "Thank you for passing by". I go inside to try to deposit the check with no avail since human beings can't deposit a check anymore it has to go thru the machine. Then one of these humans had the audacity to say "Well its the end of the day and close to a holiday so sometimes tellers are not available!" That's ridiculous!

  I joined Community America about 2.5 years ago when I was looking to leave another credit union. The service I received was absolutely wonderful. I am big on customer service and they knocked it right out of the park. A special shoutout to Judy Handy as well as the rest of the crew. Keep up the good work everyone. I am a happy customer!!!

  Went in to the new branch on Monday 20 July around 3:36. Was given wrong information on transfers from savings. All three were wrong and one young woman tried to manipulate me. They had me all stressed out when I left. Thanks to the call in number was given correct information. I will never step in that building again, but will use new outside ATM? Kevin Craig
