  Do not recommend this bank at all esp if you donr make a lot of $ they will not call you back,, they only deal with people who want 200k loans or higher.. Dorothy is terrible to get back with anyone trying to get a loan or even a quote. I called for 2 months left messages to just have call me back nothing. I kept trying bc I have heard good things about her but never got anything back from her!! Just rude! If you are to busy just let someone know you can't get back with them to go somewhere else.

  This is the sorriest excuse for a Bank I have ever encountered! I called to pay a principle payment to my loan. The lady was nice, did it, and gave me confirmation numbers and assured me it was done. Get up Saturday morning, it’s not done! I call the bank and went through 3 people and all they could say is “we don’t know why it didn’t post, we don’t see it, and we can’t do anything. You will need to call loan department on Monday”. Really!! No one knows how to review transactions? No one knows how to look st lending payments? No one knows anyone that would know? Why are you even open on saturdays? The Saturday staff is ignorant! Tickled to be paying off this loan and moving to a different, competent bank!

  What a shameful and disrespectful bank!!!! The President of the United States ordered all U.S. flags to be flown at half mast for 30 DAYS with the passing of H.W. Bush. Since 31 Nov 2018 I have drove past this POS bank only to see the U.S. flag at FULL MAST. This is not a bank that is needed in our area!!!

  Currently trying to get money back on there screw up. Being very difficult to work with. We will see how it goes. So far im not impressed with my service.
