  Hally Swan at Community 1st Credit Union is a ROCKSTAR. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and thought I would never get approved for a loan to get into a new house. She walked me through the entire process, step by step so that I could understand what was needed, and be in the drivers seat. She is an honest, real, down-to-earth person who will spend the time to get to know you, and find a way to get you everything you are looking for. I am in my new dream house and it is because of this amazing person. Go see Hally at Community First CU, you wont regret it. :)

  My husband and I applied for a loan through Community First Credit Union. Being two country bumpkins the process was all new to us. Hally Swan walked us through every step of the way. Any question we had (there were many!) she was available and always happy to help. She went out of her way to to explain anything we didn't understand. She has such a warm, kind, helpful demeanor that always put us at ease. Also, Katie, her assistant was just as awesome!! We couldn't have asked for better service or people to work with.

  I am not sure where to even beginning trying to explain the most wonderful experience we encountered with Community First Credit Union, specifically Hally Swan. My husband and I have been working with Hally from the beginning of 2020. The process of trying to buy our first home started off very confusing and very stressful until we started working with Hally. She was there day, night, weekdays and weekends for us. Let us keep her on the phone for however long we needed her and answered all of our questions to where we would understand them. I knew lending officers worked hard, but she brought a whole other definition of hard work to the table. We finally just closed on our very first home a year and a half later and I will have to say we could not have done this without Hally. She made this process so much easier and less stressful than I could imagine. If you decide to go through Community First Credit Union, I would strongly recommend it and please make sure to ask for Hally Swan if you would like your homebuying process to be smooth and a success!!!

  This was a perfect experience. I worked with our loan agent Hally from Community First Credit Union to refinance our home mortgage and the level of service and attention was stellar. Hally was very knowledgeable and addressed many of the questions we had. From getting the loan information to the closing she was always helping us with each step to ensure a smooth process.   Hally Swan, at Community First Credit Union, is an exemplary loan officer. She guided us through the mortgage refinance process consistently and with the highest degree of professionalism .
