  What I like about Community First west side branch is there open hour on Saturday. They have great service here at this office and their employees are so helpful and nice to their customs .

  I enjoyed speaking with courtney Ryan she was very pleasant and happy to help and even told us about save my change. Which made me very happy because I waste change and this would help me to save.

  This seems to be the worst location for Community First. Every time I'm here, the service is slow and the tellers can't seem to answer any of my questions. Can I mobile deposit a claim check? How can I change the name in my account (married)? These aren't unheard of questions.

  The ATM always has something wrong with it !! I go miles out of my way to this bank 103rd one . I. Makes me want to hate this bank ! I’m late to work etc .... Now I have to drive to Orange Park one.
