  Dive through window for what if you’re Not able to do what you went here for. I just went there and was told I cannot pick up a western union via the drive through although I’ve done it in the past multiple times. Now it’s a new thing I must walk inside so what’s the point of your drive through window. Lady sad only to cash a check! But first asks me how much I’m picking up because it’s only $35 I must go inside. I think she was just wanting to deal with the paperwork for the low amount honestly. But then just say that you’re tired and don’t want to work. I will never be going here and I’m currently on the phone with your corporate office.

  Community choice finance is taking a jab to its name by having this specific location open. Nothing but incompetent, rude, nasty people working there. There excuse for not being able to help me was "we have no money". Explain to me how the hell a check cashing place doesnt have money. It's only this location that gives me some sort of issue every single time I come here.

  The lady working today at 7 AMwith the black hair what a low class ignorant refuge person who did not know what a W-9 form is and has no experience in anything of a business field... this place is only good for loans to the lower class they don't know how to cash checks what a waste of time to come to this dump due to my debit card lost, she asked me 25 questions answered them all said she needed 2 names and numbers, I did not know there last name she said she can't cash checks I did not remember at the time, I told her you want my mom, dad, brother sister who a person who is trying to get over would tell there family what to say, i gave her real People especially knowing I wrote the check, I am the owner and there is 6 digits available ... DONT COME HERE unless you need a small loan which they charge interest probably double this place is a dump this lady is better off working as a maid or cleaning houses what an ignorant low class across the border woman sheeesh I feel sorry for her Husband ... regardless came to check cashing USA cashed with no problem 😊

  Where is the Mánager! The women are nice when they actualy work! Thay spend more time talking and on their cell phone ignoring the lines ignoring customers because we are the ones in need! while 2 out of 5 are the only ones working. " The same girls all the time" ao unfair! These other reviews are not from real people! I remeber a month ago , must of been the GM and for the first time thay were all actualy working. He had to stand there and babysit. You need a real manager at this place!! To top it off I asked for $200 & got $500.

  So I come here all the time to change my checks love it cause there quick and easy but I got out of work and rushed to get my check cashed because I work the next morning and as u can see the hours say open till 10 I showed up at 9:38 and the worker saids they close at 9 now due to curfew. I know she is lying but ima save someone else the trip

  Couldn’t put into words how valued I feel each time I walk in. I’ve been doing business here for the past 2 yrs and can’t remember one time in which I had a negative experience. All the staff are kind and greet me by name upon arrival. If you need a loan best place!!!

  Honestly my favorite place to cash in my checks. I won’t go anywhere else!! Great customer customer service and always have me in and out with no issue. Staff is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend.

  DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE! bad customer service , horrible loan practices , they don't give out full information, they try sneaky tricks with a new loan , lack of communication with the customer , and just bad bad service overall , there are way better options out there like Advance America and Amscott , seriously never doing business with them again.

  Ive been standing for more than 40 minutes and theres only one person in front of me, that same person thats already been taking care of ,,,, theres only two people working in the whole place and its just very unprofessional...... every time I come heres it takes me hours just to change a check.... please employ more people or be more professional and faster OR PUT SOME CHAIRS SP WE CAN SIT DOWN WHILE YOU GUYS WASTE OUR TIME ,,, thank you

  UNBELIEVABLE. The worst customer service at this horrendous place. All the employees are beyond rude and incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing and NEVER come across clearly. You MUST read the fine print and ask all questions possible because they do not tell you the important facts. They are idiots, I've never disliked a place so much. The Only benefit is the fact they're open 24 hours but even that is crap. They will absolutely refuse to help you if they don't know how to do what you've asked them. They go behind your back and will withhold information. I absolutely refuse to go back and I've been going for quite some time just because of they're schedule. DONE. NEVER AGAIN. I forewarn everyone who reads this RUN AWAY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT. Not even to change a check for you THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!
