  I visited the branch to cash a check. I'm not a member and usually am never on this side of town. The manager LaToya was very helpful in getting things taken care of and she found a way to service me without saying no. Great service.

  I had a great experience at CCCU. Everyone that I dealt with was a class act, especially the manager Ian Anderson. He went through great lengths to help us with our HELOC application process and closing. I really appreciated that. Recently we had to get another HELOC, we are going through the process again as we speak. Ian and his team at CCCU, they are all great helpers, very friendly and very communicative. Keep up the good work.

  Ive been going to this location since they opened and they are always my preferred! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable even asking silly questions and they are patient and explain things thoroughly every time. Never feel the stiff, cold bank feeling here.
